Supported by Vattikuti India Relief Foundation (VIRF), it focuses on enlarging the scope of CBO led initiatives in livelihoods and financial inclusion to entitlements, education, enterprises and employment (4Es), and health services.

Community Service Centers (CSC) at Gram Panchayat (GP)/Hobli level have been established and functioning in Kunigal and Gubbi taluks. The IT enabled CSCs are community owned single window service points to provide quality and cost-effective services in the areas of government to citizens (G2C), business to customers (B2C), Financial inclusion and SHG Book keeping.

The CBO manages these centers, delivering services to the residents. Kiosk banking is also established in partnership with SBI for wholesome financial inclusion, which will build business volume to make the CSCs sustainable.
