1. Job Title: Coordinators (Social Mobilization and Financial Inclusion)

Job Description

  • Promotion and nurturing of SHGs and JLGs of farming community to link credit
  • Conflict resolution
  • Building capacity of the field staff in SHG/JLG management
  • Managing MIS
  • Promotion and nurturing of producer groups and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
  • Facilitation of credit application processing of groups, liaisoning with bank for credit
  • sanctioning, monitoring of regular repayment
  • Developing strategies for financial literacy

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation preferably in social work, agriculture, horticulture or rural development.
  • Post-graduation preferred.
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in an NGO or Government Agency
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English languages
  • Computer literacy (Word, XL, PPT)
  • Time management and inter-personal skills, and detail oriented attitude
  • Should be willing to relocate to Tumkur and travel in the surrounding areas

2. Job Title: Coordinators (Livelihood Training)

Job Description

  • Capacity building of field staff for promoting livelihood activities for the community
  • Planning and execution of training modules for SHGs/JLGs in sustainable agriculture
  • Promotion of adoption of sustainable practices by the community
  • Managing MIS
  • Planning and execution of learning events such as field days, study visits
  • Developing strategies for livelihood promotion

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation preferably in agriculture, horticulture or rural development. Post-graduation
  • preferred.
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in an NGO or Government Agency
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English languages

  • Analysis of economic and knowledge outcomes
  • Managing MIS
  • Developing strategies for promotion of knowledge base for the community and field
  • staff

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation preferably in social work, agriculture, horticulture or rural development.

  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in an NGO or Government Agency

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation preferably in social work, agriculture, horticulture or rural development.

5. Job Title: Field Coordinators (15 to 20 positions)

Job Description

  • Formation and nurturing of SHGs and JLGs of farming community, supervising SHG
  • activities such as regular meetings, savings, internal credit, processing for credit linkage
  • through bank and repayment
  • Establishment and nurturing of FFS groups, technology demonstrations
  • Planning and execution of field days, study visits
  • Conflict resolution
  • Managing MIS
  • Preparing the community for formation of producer groups and Farmer Producer
  • Organizations (FPOs)
  • Execution of literacy and awareness activities at the grass roots

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma or graduation in any field preferably in social work or rural development
  • Relevant experience of 1-2 years in an NGO or Government Agency
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English languages
  • Basic computer literacy is preferred
  • Time management and inter-personal skills, and detail oriented attitude
  • Should be willing to relocate to Tumkur and travel in the surrounding areas

6. Job Title: Accountant cum Administrator

Job Description

  • Maintenance and managing program expenditures by entry of bills and vouchers on
  • daily basis in to Tally and Excel
  • Ensure fund transfers and preparation of bank reconciliation statement
  • Preparation of annual budget
  • Maintaining the project related MOU, agreement, purchase order, etc
  • Maintaining the asset register, inventory or stocks
  • Assisting in auditing and finalization of accounts by the statutory auditor
  • Managing bank related transactions and accounts
  • Managing staff attendance, leave records and preparation of monthly salary statements
  • Managing petty cash expenses
  • Preparation of monthly advance requirement and expenditure statements
  • Maintenance of office premises, infrastructure and facilities
  • Managing purchases, advances to field staff

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation in commerce (B. Com.), M.Com. is added advantage.
  • Relevant experience of 2-3 years in an NGO or Government Agency
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and English languages
  • Time management and inter-personal skills, and detail oriented attitude
  • Should be willing to relocate to Tumkur and travel in the surrounding areas
